The Fire Swamp

Minkfur pulled back her lips at he canine's words, her fur beginning to bristle in irritation. Who did this punk think she was? The she-wolf found herself more irritated than ever; she was being threatened on her own territory. However, that was the rogue's mistake. She knew the land better, she had back up if needed... With those reassurances in mind, the deputy evenly met the canine's eyes in return, standing up straighter to appear confident and unafraid. Lifting her head dominantly, the dark-furred she-wolf immediately barked back, "Bold words for a trespasser. Leave or I'll make you leave." She flexed her claws somewhat, sensing a possible fight approaching. If the wolf continued to be difficult, Minkfur wouldn't hesitate to force the trespassers out. She figured she could overpower this enemy in a fight; she was much bigger and well-built.
