| First topic message reminder :The ShadowClan camp is situated in a grove of mangroves where the water has long since dried up, since before the Clans arrived. To make dens, the members have woven leaves and twigs through the top of the exposed roots. The camp gets fairly muddy in leafbare but is pleasantly cool and sheltered from the hot greenleaf sun. The leader's den is directly underneath one of the biggest mangroves, and when addressing the Clan the leader leaps up onto the 'roof' of their den. | |

| Distracted and lost in his thoughts the steel grey male took a few moments to respond to Direhearts question, stirring suddenly he looked over at the red and white male in question and nodded "Pick either patrol" he rumbled, perhaps his staying awake for roughly two nights in a row was starting to get to him. He'd curl up and catch a few Z's and get his mental acuity back to where it should be, rising up on his paws he headed for the warrior den before he remembered with some disgust that Nightstars solitary den was now his. Rolling his shoulders and taking a long breath he couldn't help but compare his new sleeping quarters to the solitary cage he'd slept in when he had been used as a fighting creature of death and destruction. Scratching at the thick fur at his neck, he padded into the den and snorted at the thick smell of the previous leader, pushing the nest out of the den he curled up on the bare floor of the den and rested his chin on the end of his tail like a sort of pillow for his muzzle. | |

| The lean warrior gave a quick nod, scanning the camp to decide which patrol he wanted to go on. The weather had seemed to change all of a sudden, new-leaf apparently had been a blink and miss it sort of season. But at least green leaf meant they could really stock up on the fresh kill pile, and hopefully the strange happenings that had been going on would settle down and leave the clan in peace. Still quite unable to see where his golden hued apprentice was, the red wolf simply gave a slight shrug on his shoulders and trotted off to follow the patrol to Shade's Outlook. Shade's Outlook | |

| She'd sat down and watched as wolves had come and gone, her concern about Sleetpup blocking out plenty of the other thoughts that had been circling her head. Such a small pup with such awful wounds, how could anyone do that to Sleetpup who admittedly wasn't the brightest nor the bravest pup out there but he didn't deserve this. Wanting to go and check on him but knowing better than to bother the two medicine wolves Bramblerose wondered if it'd be worth going for a hunt yet as soon as her thoughts drifted away from Sleetpup the pain returned. Getting up and flicking a look around camp for Direheart, the ethiopian wolf realized that he must have left camp, unsure where but not exactly that interested in talking to anyone Bramblerose decided the best thing right now would be to go for a hunt with him. Padding towards the entrance of camp, she scented about hopefully before locating the right scent trail and headed out that way having already decided that she'd have very little to do with Minkfur from now on still stung by her so called friends choices. ~Shades Outlook~ | |

| Waking up with a slight jolt, Dragonstars eyes snapped open. Getting up he shook himself out and padded outside into the afternoon light, squinting his eyes against the brightness compared to the dark of his den, a quick glance around the camp informed him of who was still here and who hadn't returned. Blackwidow and Thrusheart had gone out with some apprentices, Direheart had gone to join them and it seemed Bramblerose had vanished. Making a mental note to have a talk to her later on about Jaydust, Dragonstar cast a glance at the fresh kill pile, loathe to take anything from it when there were others within his clan that needed it instead he moved over to pick up a rabbit from the pile and walked over to the medicine den. Entering he caught a glimpse of Sleetpup curled up in a nest, setting the rabbit down infront of Ivyshade with a quiet sigh, the powerful male backed of a little since it seemed they were in the middle of tending to him. He sincerely hoped the little pup would pull through, once he'd healed he'd make him an apprentice, ignoring the fact that tremblepaw shied away from him Dragonstar turned, it seemed Minkfur wasn't back however he presumed that she was hunting. Now however wasn't really the right time as he wanted to talk to her about what had happened with Sleetpup and these strange wolves that decided to invade Shadowclan land. More patrols and a harsher way of dealing with trespassers where his ideas so far. Unwilling to leave the clan camp unguarded he found a place to sit and just watch the goings on of his clan. | |

| Blackwidow arrived at camp and went right over to the fresh kill pile to set her rabbit and lizard on top of it. She noticed that Dragonstar was by the medicine wolf's den and wondered if there was an update on how Sleetpup was doing. Making her way over to the grey scarred leader she dipped her head in greeting. "Hey Dragonstar how is Sleetpup doing, is he going to pull through?" She asked a bit of worry in her voice. She remember when Bramblerose brought him back and how horrible he looked. At first she didnt even know if the male pup was even alive. She wanted so badly to tear into Lusterpelt for what she did to the innocent pup. She didnt understand how one she wolf could be so evil to go and not only maim and kill her own pups, but to go and do that to others pups. Blackwidow truly realized how twisted and evil dark forest wolves were. | |

| Thrushheart padded back into the camp and soon settled off to the side. His jaws parted in a yawn as he wondered what to do next. Should he go back out hunting in order actually catch something? It wouldn't take me too long to catch some prey. Instead, however, he overheard Blackwidow asking Dragonstar about Sleetpup. "Yeah, how's the little guy doing? Is he feeling any better? he asked. He was concerned about him considering the state he was found in. Truthfully, Thrushheart had some doubts about how the pup would fare, but he didn't want to voice that out loud. | |

| Greeting the two wolves that came up to him with a dip of his head Dragonstar returned quietly "I'm unsure they were still tending to him when I went in, I know you've both been out on a hunting patrol but Tigerstorm went out on a border patrol and has not come back. With how dicey things are at the moment I was wondering if the pair of you would like to come with me" while he was cunning he also understood the need for caution, you didn't live to live long if you didn't have a sensible amount of caution. He'd never really envisioned himself leading a pack like this when he'd been a youngster, lowering his head to itch at the large scar on his chest the battle-scarred wolf wasn't too fond of Tigerstorm in his opinion she was quite the arrogant warrior and spoke without thinking first. If the two wolves before him didn't wish to come then he'd go on his own, whether he got along with Tigerstorm or not he had to keep the pack safe and that was something he would do no matter what. | |

| Blackwidow was trying to think positive when it came to Sleetpup but he is in really bad shade. If he does survive this ordeal she hopes that it cames him a strong warrior. When Dragonstar asked if she would go with him to make sure that Tigerstorm was okay she really wanted to say no. But even though she didn't like the sassy she wolf she is a clanmate and with Lusterpelt and everything that had been going on she knew that it was better safe than sorry and so Blackwidow kept her opinion about the striped warrior to herself. "Yes Dragonstar I will go with you." She replied and then waited to see if Thrushheart was coming too or if it was just going to be them, but then she remembered that Silverpaw wasnt back yet. "Dragonstar Silverpaw isn't back yet, perhaps Thrushheart can stay here to make sure she arrives safely and you and I can go look for Tigerstorm." She suggested. | |

| He kept his own opinions of Sleetpup's survival rate to himself, listening as Blackwidow voiced her opinion about how many wolves they should take with them. Barkclaw was out with Tigerstorm so he agreed that Thrushheart should probably stay here and wait for Silverpaw, "Valid point, Thrushheart if Silverpaw isn't back soon collect a warrior and go find her. It would be appreciated" glancing again back at Sleetpup feeling concerned for the small thing that seemed even smaller with the wound that was being tended to. Sighing heavily the simple noise betraying some of his concerns, looking away from the two wolves next to him to the entrance of the clans camp, wondering where the name camp had even come from as it was such an unusual unnatural name for something although he had to admit it made more sense than calling the camp a den site or something. Padding out of the camp, the large silver and grey wolf moved towards the Shadowclan and Sunclan border with purpose, it was where he vaguely remembered Tigerstorm heading when he'd seen her last. ~Shadowclan and Sunclan Border~ | |

| Blackwidow felt sorry that when Dragonstar became leader he has had to deal with all of these different threats. Lusterpelt, mysterious wolves, something that could take all nine lives of a leader at once. Shadowclan sure has been going through a lot, Blackwidow wondered if any of the other clans were going through what they were. Of course they really wouldn't know until maybe the next gathering but who knows when that was going to happen. With greenleaf here, she hoped that the dark times were behind them. All of this was going on in her head as she gave a quick farewell to Thrushheart before she followed after her leader.

| The fay stalked into the camp, a frog dangling from in between her jaws. Hunting had been alright, she guessed, but spending all that time out of camp to return with only a measly frog felt- disappointing. It’s not like she could have caught something large like a deer or elk on her own, but something with more meat than a frog probably would have been more impressive. Still, food was food, and it was better than nothing she supposed. Dropping her ‘prey’ on the fresh-kill pile, Silverpaw glanced around before approaching the apprentice den, taking a seat close by. The camp around her seemed dull at the moment, and she watched as several adults went out on patrol. There really wasn't anything to do, so Silver decided to just hang around and wait to see when she was needed. | |

| It’d been a long walk back from the border, he’d have to announce to the clan Stormpaw joining them and officially declare her mentor. He’d intended to talk to Blackwidow about being Stormpaws mentor but somewhere along the way had opted that he’d just announce it as a surprise for everyone. Returning to the camp the grey wolf glanced about and privately sighed as he realized Barkclaw and Tigerstorm still weren’t back. Unsure how the irritating striped warrior was going to take to Blackwidow mentoring the newest member of the clan perhaps this was for the best, so he walked across the center of the slightly marshy camp and leaped up onto the flat platform that had been woven through the mangrove roots to make his den. Surveying his clan the male tipped his head back and howled the phrase that he’d heard Nightstar howl so many times “Let those who are old enough to catch their own prey gather for a clan meeting” lowering his muzzle to watch the various wolves of the clan gather together to listen to what he had to say. He declined from rushing into the meeting, there was no need to be, although he wasn’t so sure how Riverstar was going to take Shadowclan ‘poaching’ one of their apprentices, from what Stormpaw had said so far he was quite impressed with her, she was everything the wounded Sleetpup wasn’t. Not that it was fair to compare the two, they were like chalk and cheese, a part of him registered that Jesterpaw still hadn’t returned to the clan camp which irked him, he didn’t trust the red apprentice as far as he could drop kick him so perhaps he’d send some warriors out to drag the little snot back by the scruff of his neck. It’d be interesting to see how the other apprentices would act with Stormpaw, although he was sure eventually the new apprentice would show herself to be worthy of respect it’d be good to see one of the other apprentices at least to show some sort of branch of friendship. | |

| Blackwidow arrived at camp and she had to say that she was a little tired. She was hoping that she would be able to rest some in the warrior's den. But as soon as they got to camp Dragonstar called a meeting, Blackwidow knew that it was probably to let the clan know about Stormpaw joining and to announce the new apprentice's mentor. Dragonstar wondered if he was going to have Tigerstorm mentor her but looking around showed that Tigerstorm and Barkclaw werent back from their border patrol. She wondered what in starclan's name was taking them so long. Though she didn't think that Dragonstar would start the meeting without the mentor present. And too her knowledge everybody else had an apprentice. 'Maybe he is giving Stormpaw to me' Blackwidow thought to herself with a happy sigh. She had an apprentice before but that was when Riverclan and Shadowclan made Stormclan and if she got an apprentice now when it was just Shadowclan she would be so happy. To give a warrior an apprentice was a big deal as it showed trust in your loyalty and skills that you can pass those on to any future generations. Blackwidow sat there calmly but inside she felt like she was going to burst from excitement. The only thing that gave her excitement away was the light thumping of her tail. | |

| Thrushheart was content to stay back at camp while Dragonstar and Blackwidow went to the border. He was getting a little worried about Silverpaw's lack of presence. As her mentor, he was responsible for her. If she'd ended up getting lost, or worse.... I do hope she's okay. Maybe I shouldn't have hurried back to camp so fast.
The reddish-furred warrior let out a sigh of relief when he finally saw Silverpaw entering the camp with the frog she'd caught. Good. She was safe. He still felt somewhat guilty that his haste could have resulted in something bad happening to Silverpaw. Shortly afterwards, Dragonstar returned alongside Blackwidow. He found it odd that Tigerstorm hadn't come back with them, considering that was why they had left, but he was sure there was a reason for it. Neither of them looked concerned so he decided that Tigerstorm was likely fine. Guess I better see what this meeting is about. Thrushheart took a seat near the front of the crowd, tilting his head back to look up at Dragonstar.

| Tricksterpaw let out a yawn as he exited the apprentices' den. He had decided to take a quick nap earlier as he'd been feeling tired. He hoped that he hadn't ended up oversleeping—if he were being honest, he was a tad bit apprehensive of his mentor. He had been ever since he witnessed the fight between Dragonstar and Nightstar. His leader was definitely someone he didn't want to get on the bad side of.
He blinked a bit to adjust to the brighter light outside of the den. It didn't take him too long to notice that Silverpaw was nearby, and he greeted his sister with a smile. "Hey," he said. "How has your day been so far?" Hopefully Silverpaw had had a far more productive day than he had. Tricksterpaw hated being slothful. Maybe he'd do some extra apprenticeship duties later, like fetching moss for the elders or even helping out the medicine wolves sort their herbs.
It wasn't that much later that Dragonstar entered the clearing. Tricksterpaw sent him a hesitant look, but it didn't seem like he was upset at him. I do hope that he didn't know I was sleeping. It appeared that Dragonstar was calling a Clan meeting of some sort. Why? I can't think of any events that need addressing or any promotions that need to be performed. He tilted his head, curiosity visible in his expression. "I wonder what that could be about." He looked at Silverpaw to see if she was going to attend the meeting, before taking a seat towards the edge of the crowd.

| Antpaw looked up when Dragonstar howled out for ShadowClan to gather. Interested to hear what the leader had to say, she was quick to join the growing crowd of wolves, situating herself somewhere in the middle. Her expectant gaze landed on Dragonstar as she waited for him to continue addressing the Clan. He was just out in the territory. Did he see something of concern? Antpaw didn't have too much experience when it came to fighting and really hoped that he wasn't going to announce that war was imminent. | |

| Silverpaw felt the presence of a wolf beside her, and turned to see Tricksterpaw giving her a greeting. With his fur partly sticking up in some places and a bit of bedding stuck to his chest, it wasn't hard to figure out what he had been doing. "Been snoozing brother?" The fay guessed jokingly, nosing the bit of bedding off his fur. At the question, she shrugged nonchalantly. "We went hunting, nothing noteworthy really." Considering she was still feeling a bit sheepish over her poor catch, the fay did not linger on the subject. In a few short moments, Dragonstar leaped upon the platform above his den to call the clan meeting. Following Tricksterpaw over, the she-wolf sat beside him on the edge of the crowd, scanning the camp for the wolves that entered the clearing. She did not see Jesterpaw nearby, which was... hopefully a good thing. Glancing back at her brother, she shrugged when he questioned out loud what the meeting could be about. "Knowing Dragonstar, its bound to be interesting," she replied smoothly, observing the looks of the adults around her. Hearing a sigh from Blackwidow, Silver turned her gaze towards her, noting the older she-wolf's subtle signs of joy. "Could it be she's getting promoted?" The fay wondered curiously, eyeing her briefly before redirecting her gaze. It would be rude to stare. | |

| Ivyshade appeared from her den as Dragonstar made his announcement. The wounded Sleetpup had been taken care of to the best of her ability, now time would tell if he would heal. Nudging Tremblepaw gently, the she-wolf gave her a smile. "You did well with Sleetpup, I'm proud of you." Although she was kind, Ivy did not usually hand out compliments unless she felt they were deserved. "Come on, let's see what Dragonstar has to say." Padding forward, the fay made her way over to the crowd and sat down, leaving a space for her apprentice to sit. To be honest, Ivy had little to no idea what this meeting could be about, but hoped it was good news for the clan. | |

| Padding into camp mostly dry and having done a decent job of washing some of the scent of Sunclan off of her blue-grey pelt, Stormpaw walked into camp with her emotions tucked away especially the guilt of abandoning Peachpaw, but he had Ashdust and Heatherfrost he’d be okay and he had Specklefrost to heckle and torment with his cruel taunting words. Confidently carrying herself it was hard to consider the youngster as being arrogant, deciding to stick near Blackwidow as she wasn’t all together trusting of the others just yet. She knew for sure that she wouldn’t be trusting some random apprentice that marched into her camp, Tigerstorm and the other warrior still weren’t back yet which was slightly surprising it shouldn’t take that long to do a border patrol surely. The smell of herbs alerted her to a green eyed wolf speaking to a smaller wolf whom she assumed to be the medicine wolf and apprentice medicine wolf, Storm herself had never been that interested in herbs preferring to practice her fighting and hunting skills. To serve her clan with those skills there was no higher honour in her opinion, yellow eyes flicked over the others in the clan, two apprentices one silver one brown talking to one another while more adults padded over and sat down all of them had the thick marshy musky smell that was so different from the smell of Sunclan she’d grown up with. She had the feeling that how the others would accept her would be down to how Dragonstar introduced her to them, it seemed he’d called a meeting which was obviously to announce her and pick who her mentor would be. | |

| Tigerstorm padded into camp and made her way to Stormpaws she keeping her to her left as she looked down at the blue-grey apprentice. ”Keep the fighting spirit sunclanner and you will find your paws here.” she said gruffly giving her advice and a backhanded complement. She thought the younger face had guts to go against her ex-clan mates the way she had and if she proved loyal would make a good shadowclan warrior despite her birth clan. Giving her a sharp nod she slunk away into a shadowy corner curling her lip up at the sight of Sleetpup though on she was a tiny bit glad to see him up on his paws for he may yet survive despite his weakness. From her position the stripped fae was able to see most of the camp, its entrance and Dragonstar with her one eye as she kept her right side facing the barrier. | |

| Season |
Leaf-Fall has finally started, with the nights gradually getting cooler. Perhaps snow is on the way, perhaps it will be late this year. Either way, the dark shadow that was over the clans seems to have finally lifted, leaving them in peace for now to stock up on rpey for the coming cold months.
This season's successful numbers are: 1, 3, and 8
